I order fairly regularly, and the loyalty points do seem to help take a bit of money off my orders. It’s not like a huge discount every time, but it definitely adds up and feels worth using

"Clunky site and too much waiting"
I had a frustrating time using the website. It was hard to find what I needed, and the pages kept loading strangely or taking forever to show up. I felt like I spent more time waiting than actually getting anything done.

"Good boots and a straightforward order"
I ordered a pair of riding boots from Naylors and they turned up pretty much exactly as described on the website. The fit was right, which is always the main thing with boots, and delivery was quicker than I expected. The packaging was maybe a bit basic, but that’s hardly a big deal since the boots were fine. Overall it was a really easy order and I’d happily buy from them again.

I had a problem with my riding boots after a few months, so I got in touch with Naylors about the warranty. They got back to me quickly, asked for a few photos, and then arranged a replacement without any messing about. It was just a straightforward process, which I appreciated. I’d be happy to order from them again

"Good prices compared to other shops"
I ordered from Naylors after looking around on a few other sites, I think it was sometime last month or maybe the month before, and their prices were a bit better than most. Delivery was fine as well, nothing overly impressive, but it turned up without any issues. I’m giving 4 stars because a couple of things still felt a little expensive, but overall it was decent value and I’d probably use them again.

I had to swap a pair of boots because I ordered the wrong size, and it was much smoother than I expected. Compared to a lot of other places where exchanges can feel like a bit of a headache, Naylors kept it simple and sent updates along the way. The new size turned up faster than I thought too, so no hanging around or chasing anyone up. Really easy experience overall, and I’d happily use them again

It worked fine at first and did what I needed it to do. I guess I assumed it would hold up a bit longer, but after some use it started showing signs of wear sooner than I expected. Not terrible, just wish the durability was better.

I was kind of expecting a bigger selection, but the brands available seemed limited to me. A few of the names I usually look for weren’t there, so I ended up buying somewhere else. The site itself was fine, I guess, just didn’t really have enough options for what I needed.

Ordered a few bits from Naylors and the delivery turned up on the day they promised. if anything went wrong I’d have blamed myself for being impatient, because they did exactly what they said they would. No fuss, no messing about, happy with the whole thing.

I did get the updates in the end, so that’s good, but wow, they came later than I expected. I was practically refreshing and wondering if they’d gotten lost in another dimension. It wasn’t a total disaster, but the timing could definitely be better.

I ordered from naylors.com and, to be fair, everything did show up in good condition. But the delivery was definitely slower than I expected. Not terrible, just oddly not quick either, like my parcel got held up in some secret warehouse sorting experiment nobody’s allowed to talk about. Could’ve been better, honestly
